第三者への提供 法令に基づく場合を除き、お客様の同意なく第三者に個人情報を提供することはありません。
個人情報の管理 取得した個人情報は、適切な安全管理のもとで保管し、不要になった時点で速やかに削除します。

キャンセルポリシー／Cancellation Policy

・レッスン開始48時間以上前のキャンセル：全額返金
・レッスン開始24〜48時間前のキャンセル：50%返金
・レッスン開始24時間以内のキャンセル：返金不可
・コーチングプログラムの途中解約：受講済み分を差し引いた残額を返金
返金はお支払いただいたクレジットカードへ、キャンセル確認後14営業日以内に処理いたします。 キャンセルのご連絡は必ずメールにてお願いいたします：akiko.coaching@gmail.com
【English】
・Cancellations made 48+ hours before the lesson: Full refund
・Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the lesson: 50% refund
・Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson: No refund
・Early withdrawal from the Coaching Program: Refund of remaining balance after deducting completed sessions
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days of cancellation confirmation. Please send all cancellation requests by email to: akiko.coaching@gmail.com
